SECTION 135
We work closely with local authorities to support those who have been detained under Section 135 of the Mental Health Act. This includes hospitals, emergency departments, police forces, approved mental health professionals (AMHP), and approved clinicians.
If an individual is being taken to a place of safety from a private place, then our discrete unmarked secure mental health transport vehicles are a good fit to maintain privacy. We are able to provide cell cages, restraints, and trained staff to best manage all the unique requirements of service users.
